Este artigo se propõe a examinar o sentido da questão social na teoria de Hannah Arendt. Pretendo sugerir que, apesar das suas críticas ao processo chamado socialização da política, Arendt apresenta uma teoria política consistente. Arendt não desconsiderou a relevância dos problemas sociais. Na verdade, ela procurou entender a especificidade do domínio da política.
